Another very interesting and informative post, Devang. I learn something new from you each time you blog. I can tell you take time and care with your writing and that’s appreciated. I’ve read your blog on your friend’s website and also the links you included in this post. All very helpful. The only things I struggle with are drinking enough water and exercising. I think if I drank the suggested amount of water, I would feel like I was swimming π. However, I really ought to drink more water than I do. With exercise, I would so love to be able to go for a walk, but of course, I can’t. I used to walk a lot before I had my disability and thoroughly enjoyed it as I live in a lovely area as you know. Never mind; I have lots of things in my life that I can do and I’m grateful for these. Thanks for your very useful information as always, Devang. Ellie π

About water, remember to drink sufficient amount of water daily. It will keep you away from several issues. You can do yoga. You have beautiful location, and yoga would be great idea. Yoga and pranayama. Consider them.
