Healthy habits for a healthy life

I am back with another exciting blog. But this week you won’t find the content on my site.

Don’t worry, this blog is not empty (completely). It still has some content and relevant links for that blog.

But, wait!!! What blog and for whom I have written this?

Well, the blog is about healthy habits; that you should adopt. And it’s a blog written for LIFESFINEWHINE A.K.A. Pooja G.

I know that you already know her. I mean, of course, she is one of the finest bloggers and almost all bloggers here read her work on a daily basis. So, I got this wonderful opportunity and I took it. Don’t be surprised because I had already mentioned in a blog that I will be writing a blog for one of my favourite bloggers.

Here’s that blog:

Read it, drop like, comment and share it if you want (For sharing better ask her first, as now it’s her property).

Here are some relevant links, which I haven’t shared in that blog:

Start your morning like this…

5 Dry/Dried fruits I eat in the morning!!

Dehydration: What-Why-How?

How to start an exercise routine

Creative workout ideas( It’s gonna be fun)

How to get a Good-night sleep

3 Best morning exercises- Walk, run, Cycle!!

Thanks to Pooja G for allowing me to write a blog for her. You can write a blog for her as well. All the important details are mentioned on her site.

In the comments, tell me what are the healthy habits that you follow. What are some of your hobbies?

That’s it for this week’s blog. Until next week, keep smiling.

    • A great experience. I really enjoyed it. You were very supportive and I am really happy for being able to finally write a blog for your site. Thank you so much.
I have tons of ideas. I can see response for a health blog on your site is decent and I would love to write another blog in near future.
People love/respect you a lot and that’s what helped this blog. πŸ™‡πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ

  1. Very informative post, Devang! Thank you for sharing. I left a comment on Lifesfinewhine too and I will check out the links you shared here as well. πŸ™‚

  2. Interesting post…. although I don’t follow all of them πŸ˜…πŸ˜„…but I do go for a walk in the evening. Totally enjoyed reading it 😊

  3. Another very interesting and informative post, Devang. I learn something new from you each time you blog. I can tell you take time and care with your writing and that’s appreciated. I’ve read your blog on your friend’s website and also the links you included in this post. All very helpful. The only things I struggle with are drinking enough water and exercising. I think if I drank the suggested amount of water, I would feel like I was swimming πŸ˜‰. However, I really ought to drink more water than I do. With exercise, I would so love to be able to go for a walk, but of course, I can’t. I used to walk a lot before I had my disability and thoroughly enjoyed it as I live in a lovely area as you know. Never mind; I have lots of things in my life that I can do and I’m grateful for these. Thanks for your very useful information as always, Devang. Ellie 🌞

I think you have read the blogs that I’ve shared in the links. πŸ™‚
About water, remember to drink sufficient amount of water daily. It will keep you away from several issues. You can do yoga. You have beautiful location, and yoga would be great idea. Yoga and pranayama. Consider them.
      Best wishes, keep shining 🌟
