Everyone wants a healthy or happy body and we all keep trying to stay healthy. We try to eat good food and do workouts and all to stay healthy. Most of the time we get good results, but sometimes we don’t see expected result on our body.
Different people see differently towards a healthy body. For some it’s physical appearance, while for others it is other factors like energy, strength, etc.
With this post, I aim to highlight a few points, that can show that you have a happy body. These signs are basic and are a good way to know whether you are treating your body nicely or not.
Sign 1 of Happy body: Consistent energy throughout the day
One of the easiest way to find out about your body’s effectiveness is by energy. Simple thing is, if you eat good food, then your body will show excellent results. A good food gives you sufficient energy.

Our eating habits define our efficiency. If we are eating too much junk food, we should not expect anything good out of them. Junk food makes us weak from the inside, affects our internal organs and even increase risk of various diseases.
You can have more energy if all your internal and external organs are functioning properly. And how that can happen? With the way you treat them. Regular exercise and a good diet can do wonders on the body.
Lack of energy or fatigue can also be an indicator of lack of sleep, deficiency of Vitamin D, iron, magnesium, and even heart issues.

So the best way to know that your body is happy is by seeing how much energy you have throughout the day. If you are easily tired or feel lazy and less motivated, then time to change that. You should know that your body is limitless and if a bad habit or bad diet is limiting that, then you should change that.

- Eat as much calories as your body requires. Let the calories come from Carbs, protein and fats
- Make sure to workout at least 5 times a week. A walk can be delightful for beginners
- Avoid UPFs and artificial sugar. Those don’t give any energy
- Sleep properly and on time
Sign 2 of a happy body: Easy to fall asleep and proper sleep
Many people have trouble sleeping. They cannot sleep on time. It could be because of work or a bad habit of internet surfing. Sometimes, it could be because of some medical issues.
These need to be fixed. If you can sleep comfortably and sufficiently, then your body is happy. If I put it in a simple words, then your brain reorganizes and recharges itself during sleep.
During sleep, blood flow increases to the muscles, that can help them in growing and repairing. But that’s just a small part of what the brain does during sleep. If we are not sleeping for some reason, then we are stopping our brain from recovering.

But, if you are sleeping properly and sufficiently, then you are increasing your capacity and also making your body more happy. Don’t sleep properly for 2 nights and see how terrible your body will feel. However, I don’t suggest such an experiment.

3rd sign of a happy body: No digestive issue
A happy gut is happy you. A good digestion controls everything (that’s what I believe). Whatever you are eating, good or bad, it’s gets digested, and that shows its effects on the body.
Like my words or not, but if you eat trash, you will feel like trash. We use face-cream and lotion for the skin, but for our body, we eat food. If the food is right, then we can expect benefits from it.
If you are consuming the right food at the right time, with the right combination, then you can keep your digestion in check. If you disturb this balance, then your digestion will also get disturb.
UPFs harm our digestion, over and regular consumption can disturb the digestive process and can give digestive disorders. But UPFs are not the only one to blame. The way we eat, the quantity of food, the quality of food, matters too.
Food should be eaten according to age, size, weather, place and need. If you have a good bowel movements and your digestion is working properly, then you have a happy body.

- Add fruits and veggies to your diet
- Include probiotics in diet
- Avoid eating outside
- Eat food at the right time
4th sign: It’s something you can see
As I mentioned, we can see how healthy we are just be looking ourselves. Our hair, nails, skin can tell us a lot about our health as well.
A shiny skin, a healthy skin, a skin that is acne free means a happy skin. This again has to do with how you treat it. A good food will reflect on skin and hair. If you are eating sufficient nutrients, you can expect to see a good results on skin and hair directly (if not immediately).
Hair fall can be because of stress, wrong food, or even the wrong products. People have dark circles, blackheads, and even untimely wrinkles. A healthy you means, you don’t have such issues.
Skin is the largest organ of our body, and it needs care. If you are showing it the right care, then you can keep it healthy for long.

Like energy, this is yet another visible sign of a happy body. If you have a happy body, that means your skin and hair health is fine.

- Use skin and hair products according to skin and hair
- Include fruits and veggies in diet to get good Vitamin B complex and other important minerals
- Use sunscreen to protect skin from sunlight
- Use clean cloth to wipe face
