It’s 2025 already and I am here with my first and ( not the last ) post of the month.
I will share a few things you can do differently this year.
If these are things that you are already been doing. Keep doing them, if not, this is your reminder.
🔷 Eat more natural food and less processed food
🔶 Include more colorful food in your diet
🔷 Walk more. If it’s something near, walk there
🔶 Sleep sufficiently. 7-8 hours of uninterrupted sleep
🔷 Spend more time in nature
🔶 Do things that you enjoy
🔷 Click more pictures for the memories
🔶 Try something new
🔷 Make a plan but don’t share it with anyone
🔶 Be more thankful for life, of people, of opportunities
🔷 Be more kind. It’s free
🔶 Write more. Not for a blog, but about your emotions
🔷 Say no more often this year. Say no to things and people that make your feel nervous
🔶 Remind people of healthy boundaries
🔷 Be forgetful. You can’t let bad experiences ruin your day
🔶 Be ready to start again. Like me
Can’t believe I’m posting after a month. I mean I have 2 posts ready, but I didn’t want to post for the sake of it.
With time, blogging has evolved for me. I am not like those bloggers who blog to stay relevant.

It’s not like I am not writing at all. I am writing way too much these days, but for WP I need to see how I give a content that is short yet meaningful.
I want to give you info and class with my work and that’s the aim for this year. You will see much better work from me this year, that’s not a prediction, that’s a spoiler
I will keep trying.
