Your feelings matter #7

Hey, if you are wondering where the 6th blog of the nutrients series is, let me tell you I put that on hold.

Because

Your feelings matter the most.

If you are not aware, then let me quickly tell you that this blog is about you and your feelings.

There’s no topic or theme in this blog, and you are free to share things about yourself.

First, tell me:

How are you feeling?

How is your January so far?

How’s your health?

What are a few things that you are looking forward to (other than a blog from me of course)?

You must have made some plans for this year, are you following them?

Or,

tell me whatever you feel like.

I would love to see you participate.

And,

Who’s you?

“You” is everyone who is reading this blog through their beautiful eyes.

.

In January, I felt difficulty catching up with the blogs of people I am already following. This may be due to I’m spending more time on LinkedIn.

I apologize to you if I missed reading/interacting with your blog. I assure you, it will not happen again.

I also want to read the work of people whom I am not following and would like to interact with them.

Blogger’s recommendation

This month, I would like you to check out the work of Fake Flamenco

Rebecca is one of my favorite people around here. I love her work because it provides a great variety of stories, history, culture, language, photos, and fun (plus she’s super sweet).

Also, if you love poetry she hosts monthly poetry challenges. I think the February poetry challenge is just around the corner. Just tap the name of her site, and experience something magnificent.

That’s it for this blog, I’ll wait for your comments.

And until next time, please keep smiling ๐Ÿ˜€

  1. January has been a lot better than the past few months. I’m finally at peace after a long time. Currently, I’m looking forward to balancing my quality blogs with my studies. Though I feel like I won’t be able to post quality blogs for the next 3 months, but that’s fine, cause studies come first!!!!

    • Your comment made me laugh hard ๐Ÿ˜‚
Because sometimes it’s hard to get out more stuff from you ๐Ÿ˜.
However, I know how talkitive you are, you have responded multiple times on many comments and yes I know you talk ๐Ÿ˜‚.
I’m glad to know that you are “good”.
I’m happy to receive a comment from my favorite blogger, how’s that for a response? ๐Ÿคฉ

  2. Thank you, Devang, for your kind mention of my site Fake Flamenco. You are correct, we are on the doorstep of the next poetry challenge! I’m working on the finishing touches for the post which will go live by Tuesday. The theme will be friendship, see the post for important details. ๐Ÿ™‚

  3. This is a sweet post, thank you for caring about everyone. โ˜บ๏ธ Iโ€™m doing well! January has been good. My birthday was a few weeks ago. ๐ŸŽ‰ Also tonight, my family and I are going to have a movie night while eating pizza, wings, and Cinnabon. ๐Ÿ™‚ So Iโ€™m looking forward to that!! How have you been feeling lately?

    • Hey, so this your first comment on your feelings matter.
I’m glad to see you here.
What movie have you watched? ๐Ÿ™‚
When was your birthday? Sorry I missed it. I hope you had a great one.
      .
I’m good, even better after seeing your lovely comment. ๐Ÿ˜Š

      • Yes, Iโ€™m happy to be here. ๐Ÿฅณ
We ended up watching the football game & after, we watched a movie called Major Payne- an interesting comedy lol.
Itโ€™s okay! My bday was on the 19th, though I didnโ€™t blog about it. ๐Ÿ™‚ It was nice, thank you for asking โญ๏ธ Aww, happy to hear youโ€™re doing well. ๐Ÿ˜Š

  4. My favorite post is here!!
I am doing fine, not so good not bad either.
I am trying my best to stick to my 2023 plans.

    How about you??

  5. Hello Devang, no problem on being busy. Everyone of us has other things that we are doing that keeps living life busy. For me, here in January, I did manage to meet my two goals that I made for the month so I’m happy with that. Now I’m looking forward to February with new goals set in place. It’s all about taking one day at a time but remembering to enjoy the time while you ride it.

  6. Hi Devang, I had a response typed up – was in the process of typing when I got kicked out and my message got deleted. if it happens again, I’ll respond and post it on my site and link back to here for you ๐Ÿ™‚

  7. So lets see if this works.

How are you feeling? I’m feeling great – life is good, I feel in control and I’m happy.

How is your January so far? I’d say its going well. I’m on top of things at work, the trains have stopped striking. While the schools are striking (and the universities), the colleges aren’t so no disruption and no having to cross the picket lines. Just looking forward to my next holiday in two weeks’ time.

How’s your health? I’d say its good. Getting better – exercising more and starting to feel the benefit. I’m definitely sleeping better but the migraines are still there, but sure they’ll improve soon.

What am I looking forward to: the February holiday week; going to visit Glasgow Cathedral; visiting a tearoom in Glasgow (that I’ll write a blog about); family visiting in July

My plans for the year – yes, I am following them – exercise is the key one for now as I want to build a consistent habit of exercising. I am also trying to find out who I really am, as opposed to who everyone says I am (I hope that makes sense) so that’s presenting a lot of challenges but its also quite freeing in a lot of ways – maybe that’s also why I’m feeling happier in myself too

  8. How are you feeling?
    – Pretty good.

How is your January so far?
    – It was good until I went to a child’s birthday party from my son’s class. Pure torture.

    Howโ€™s your health?
    – Stellar. Better than December.

What are a few things that you are looking forward to (other than a blog from me of course)?
    – Haha I’m craving something sweet, so I’m looking forward to some coffee almond ice cream in the freezer I’m about to go gobble up.

You must have made some plans for this year, are you following them?
    – I did make some plans and am following them. Things got kinda hairy last week, but I’m on track so far.

    How are you? ๐Ÿ˜Š

    • I’m delighted to know that you are pretty and good ๐Ÿ˜€.
      .
Wah sounds like a fun birthday party ๐Ÿ˜
Stellar is a powerful word, I hope you stay that way.
      .
Have some coffee almond ice cream. But it must be cold there? ๐Ÿค”
      .
      Good luck with your plans.
      .
      I’m doing great actually ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป

  9. How nice of you to check in with everyone, Devang. My January went by really fast. I’m finding it more and more difficult to have the time to organize blog posts. I’m trying to spend more time studying languages but there are only so many new words I can cram into my head at once.

  10. Hi, Devang. Finally, I’ve had a chance to reply to your questions on this post.

How am I feeling? – I’m feeling fairly okay, thanks, my friend. I’m a bit tired lately, but other than that, I’m doing pretty well at the moment.

How is my January going? – My January is nearly gone! It’s the 31st today, and I’m going to bed in a few minutes, so when I wake up in the morning, it will be February, so bye-bye to January. But, to answer your question, my January was pretty good. I got lots of writing done and have joined a drum circle and litter-picking group.

How’s my health? – My health is reasonably okay at the moment, apart from being rather tired. I’m sleeping a bit better most nights now, which is good, and my diet is healthy.

What am I looking forward to? – I’m looking forward to playing more often in the drum circle, continuing with the litter-picking, spending more time with my family and keeping up with my blog.

What are my plans for this year? – Apart from the things I mentioned in the last question, I’d like to start planning the book I want to publish. I don’t know where to start at the moment, but I will research this over the next couple of months.

Thank you for asking your other readers and me how we are. It’s very kind of you, and thank you for taking the time to read my (and others) replies. Hope you have a great evening/day ๐Ÿ˜Š.

    • I’m joyful to read this actually.
It’s good to know that you are doing fairly well.
Try to find the reason behind tiredness.
I wish you some explosive energy.
Maybe include more unsaturated fats in your diet for some energy.
I would love to see your drumming ๐Ÿ˜€
I feel I need to be a part of something as well.
I’m looking forward to your book.
I am sure you can figure it out.
      .
It was good to see you on wp more often and looking forward to read more from you. ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป๐Ÿ”†๐ŸŒบ

      • Thank you so much, Devang, and thanks for the wish for me for more energy. I enjoy the drum circle very much – we have a lot of fun as well as making a lovely sound. It’s all about keeping in the beat with each other. There are usually 10-12 people there, but the numbers will, no doubt, grow, as we’ve only been up and running for a few weeks so far. It’s good to be a part of a community – you should try to find something you could belong to in your area.

I think it’ll be a long journey to get a book published. I haven’t got a clue where to start. Everything I’ve looked at so far seems incredibly complicated.

I am trying to write more these days – I enjoy it very much and I have such wonderful support from everyone, including you. Thanks again, my friend ๐ŸŒท๐Ÿ˜Š๐ŸŒน

      • Good luck for the drumming
        Best wishes for book.
Try e book or kindle version. Maybe that will be easy for you.
I know someone who have recently published books. I can connect you with them.
        .
        And yes, please keep sharing.

  11. well aren’t you nice to ask but are you glad? ๐Ÿ˜‚ Looks like you stirred a line up of comments. ha. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ‘. Enjoy them all while I sleep.. hahahah ๐Ÿ’—Have a great day!

  12. Hey Devang, I started a new job and it already gives me headache, ha-ha… Other than that, I am doing well, looking forward to your new posts about recommended workout, music for workout, and general recommendations on how to keep on track.

    • You take care of your mental well-being ๐Ÿ™‚
Glad to know that you are doing well.
It’s been a while, since I’ve written a blog on workout, let’s see.
I’ve some blogs on how to keep on track, will work more on them.
