Hey, I am back!!! Someone is spreading rumours that I am quitting blogging. I wonder how people can do that. Anyway, here’s a lesson for you. Read posts carefully. My last post taught me not many people read them completely.
Anyway, the intention of this post is to tell people that 1: Their favorite health blogger is back, 2: Right now he’s working on some pleasant topics, 3: This is a post I’ve written in my leisure time.
So let me list out a few things I love doing in my leisure time
What is leisure time?
First, we need to understand what is leisure time. It’s like some free time, spare time, a time off from your regular work or in short me-time.
When I say me-time, it means it’s that time of the day, where you spend time with yourself, doing something you like. Some people like their work, still they think they may need something that they can do alone and not be bothered during that time.
I am talking too much, because right now it’s my leisure time and the first time I enjoy doing is blogging.
Blogging
I love blogging. If you are here, then clearly you love to write and share stuff. But, blogging is complicated, it involves a lot of things. My niche demands research and a lot of work, and I don’t think I can do that at any time of the day. That’s why my #1 activity that I prefer in my me-time is blogging.
From some time I cannot share much. It’s because I am just occupied and I didn’t feel like writing. I wanted to give my attention to blogging, and I wanted to do that with a free mind. Then, I got sick and right now while writing this I am sick as well, so during such times you can’t enjoy things.

I love to write and you will find my write-ups on my LinkedIn as well… Hey btw, let’s connect there.
But, the good thing is now that I am back, I’ll be giving more high-quality content. Because for me blogging has become more than an activity that I do in leisure time.
Funny thing is recently someone belittles my blogging, according to them this is a waste of time…… ahhh screw you (I really wanted to say fuck you, but I realized there are many elderly following me now, so I avoided the F bomb)
Reading
Last year I read so many books, I love reading books in my leisure time. Now this comes into leisure time because it’s you choose to do willingly. Book reading is a choice. No one can force you, no one can motivate you. It should come from within.
I won’t say, I love reading at all times, because I feel if there’s too much in my mind I cannot focus on books and I will just read it without heart. I recently got sick, and it disturbed my routine.
I love reading books in the morning around 5:30 am, when there’s peace. I also love reading books before bed, because I don’t use the phone after 9 pm and sleep at 10:30. But, it got disturbed a bit. I am trying to get back to my routine.
Netflix and chill
I mean, come on, it has to be on this list. What kind of person will watch Netflix (or any other content) in their busy time?
But, the good thing is, I am not addicted to it. I even recently freezed my subscription for a month. Because you need to be sure nothing takes over your peace.

I love watching docu-series, educational content, Anime or stuff that tells about culture of a specific place. Like I watched some k-dramas (enough of that already) and learned a bit about their culture. Similarly, I love watching stuff that tells about my India.
And all this should be done in leisure time. But, it should not affect your life or routine.
Workout?
I am not sure If I should include workout in this list or not. But, obviously, you workout in your spare time. I mean, who would lift weights at the office? Unless you are a trainer (even for that, you need to be free).
I love workout; I spend time towards it for 6 days a week. You need to be consistent and serious about it. Just like blogging, workout/exercise demands consistency if you need results.
Check out this handsome dude push past his limits :
I’ve lost 28 kgs and now my aim is to get in good shape. I love doing workout because it allows me to push past my limits and makes me feel confident.
So I guess that’s it for this post. If you are new here, which I am sure this prompt will attract new readers (that’s the point anyway), make sure to follow and drop comments. As you can see, I’m harmless and a good guy.
This post was a reminder to people that FGW is still alive and he’ll be back with part 2nd of sugar post soon.
Until next time, keep smiling.
