What do you wish you could do more every day?

Hey welcome, this is another such post where I am free to write whatever I desire. With health articles, I need to stick to the topic. However, these prompts give some leeway and also are an excuse for why I am not posting something that I should.

FGW is mainly a health blog. I want to write about health and stuff, but trust me, that’s not easy at all. I mean, you need to research; you need to make/share relevant pic, Then SEO and all. Too much work.

However, a good thing done by WP recently are these prompts. Earlier, I used to think , why would I ever participate in such things, but well, these prompts bring views, and I can just tell people directly indirectly that I am still active.

That brings us to this topic…..

I wish I had extra time for blogging

I really wish that I had extra time for blogging. There are many things that are keeping me busy. I won’t reveal them just yet, but that thing is somehow related to blogging.

If I had some extra time, I would have been more active. I would have written more health based articles. I would have stayed more active on this platform.

I am not getting time to write much. People don’t know how much I love blogging. I think I am more passionate about blogging than many other people I know here. I don’t post stuff for the sack of it. I make sure every post of mine is well-written and unique.

I even make exclusive images, not just because those are unique and look good, but they also put value to the posts. I mean, how many bloggers do you know here who make info-graphics on a regular basis?

I love blogging and it kindled a lost personality in me, and I wish I had extra time for it.

I wish I had more time for workout

I loving doing workout. I think, It’s something that makes me feel free. I wish I had more time for it. Although, I don’t support over-workout at all. But, I wish I had some more time for a workout.

I go gym at 9 am, after stretching and warmup, I start my workout. If I get a good workout buddy with similar enthusiasm, I don’t realize where time goes by. Sometimes; I return home at 11:45 am. I wish I had some extra time, so that I don’t need to worry about returning soon.

Some extra time for a bike ride.

Oh, I enjoy riding a bike. If roads are good, traffic is less, I can ride without getting bored. I wish I had some more time with the bike throughout the day.

Although bike drinks petrol, so yeah, that’s a thing too. But, I wish to have some extra time for it. Recently, I went on a bike ride on a good road. It instantly made me happy.

Doing something you enjoy boosts mental health. We should always try to find time for things we love.

It would be great if I can get some extra time for these things. I also enjoy reading books, I don’t get time for them daily . At night after 10, I feel sleepy and I cannot read a book then. Early morning is better, but still some or the other things prevent me from that.

By the way, some people told me that they are unable to receive the latest update from my site. Well, let’s blame WP for that. I mean, if I had such control, I would have done it way before. If you are a loyal fan of FGW keep visiting in 2-3 days for any latest update.

    1. I think we need better time management

      And need to list our priorities.

      For example: I prioritize to spend time on your posts
      They take 5 mins, but it has to be my choice. I don’t want to do it for the sake of doing.

    I wish I had more energy!! That I really wish, because I get fatigued so easily.

    1. Find the reason of fatigue

      There are multiple reasons to that, so you cannot blame age is the only reason.

      I suggest to get blood tested
      Then also notice if you are sleeping well.

      Then another thing a blood test will tell you that if you are deficient on any nutrition.
      You also need to check your diet.

      1. A blood test showed I’m low on iron, so I take iron and omega 3. I hope my energy level increases soon.

      2. Keep eating healthy food.
        Include more iron to your diet.

        Yes, lack of iron, magnesium makes person feel weak and tired
