Today is World Mental health day (10th October) and I have decided to share a blog for this day. Mental health is a very crucial topic and most of the time it is ignored.

This blog will not teach you anything new or special, but I have decided to share some quotes on this day.

As these images are made by me, you can save and share them (All the images with my logo are mine and made by me). Maybe these reassuring words can help someone.

  1. Thank you for sharing this important post on such an important topic, Devang. Mental health is often misunderstood and even overlooked. 💞

  2. Great post!
I really like the quotes. They are encouraging and supportive. I am glad the stigma surrounding mental health is not as bad as it used to be and hopefully, we will all continue to do better in our attitudes about it, and in how we deal with care with other’s mental wellness, as well as our own.
    Thanks for sharing!

    • Ahh I didn’t know you like quotes.
      I shall include more.
      I have a blog suggestion.
Consider writing about about mental imbalance affects women.
Especially married women & how to deal with them.

  3. Loved these quotes and thank you for linking some of my posts too. I especially love the quotes about how it’s okay to experience negative emotions because it absolutely is. We are all human and that’s part of the human experience.

  4. You have some great quotes about mental health in this post, my friend. I particularly like the second one from Cassey Ho. It’s good not to compare ourselves with others, although I do tend to do this when I’m feeling low, as I think I should be better than I am. I really appreciate this post, Devang, especially because I’m struggling with my own mental health right now, as you know. Nanea Hoffman had a good idea – perhaps, I should have a PJ (pyjama) day watching my favourite TV series. It might help me forget my problems and chill out a bit. Thanks for sharing these helpful ideas and quotes … Ellie 🌞

    • You should definitely try it.
I think you should try to change the mood little bit but doing things you don’t do usually.
Like one day spend completely different.
      Please take care.

  5. Love these quotes! I feel less alone seeing that so many people struggle with mental health from time to time. I was having a particularly bad day, so seeing your comment over on LifesFineWhine made me smile. Idk how I missed your blog post earlier since I am following you, but sometimes the Reader doesn’t show me blog posts? (Yes, let’s all blame WP because it’s probably WP’s fault haha) I agree that Mental Health isn’t talked about enough, and it’s a topic that many ppl are afraid to open up about. Sadly, ppl still see mental health as a stigma but shouldn’t be stigmatized ❤️‍🩹

    • How are you now?
I hope you are healthy and Happy 🙂
People fear this topic a lot. It’s stigmatised as something bad and crazy. I hope things gets better soon for everyone.
      Keep shining

      • Hey Devang, I’m doing alright. Over the past few days I have been thinking about a lot of things and made some realizations along the way. Also, I am going back to work in a few days and that should keep me busy.

Hmm, mental health often gets stigmatized because there are not many answers, and the unknown can be unsettling for most people. I don’t think any of us know the absolute answer to this problem. 🤔

      • It is stigmatised in india because people thing that mental health is for the crazy. They are afraid to visit psychologist, due to the fear. People are fed this thing from the start. Also, no big medium is talking about it freely. In India, news channel show majorly about politics. In other mediums, it’s shown badly.

  6. I really like these quotes! While I’m often turned off by a single quote which seems to be the answer to anything and everything, I believe a collection of simple quotes or theories could be the basis of a healthy plan for your mental being. This is also an excellent example of taking a complex thought and boiling it down to something quick and readable. I need to practice doing that more often for my own blog!

    • Hey thanks!
As mental health is very sensitive topic. I refrain from giving any advice. This is why, I thought quotes would be a great idea.
I made these images to give a special touch. I shall visit your work soon. ☺️
