So, winters are here (here at least) and I decided to write a particular blog on food & nutrients you should be consuming during these cold times. Generally, if we are having a healthy and balanced diet, then we don’t need to do anything new for the winter (other than wearing warm clothes). But, if we are lacking somewhere in the diet, we need to put extra care into the diet.
I present you nutrients that you should be consuming these winters. The best part of these is, you can easily obtain them from seasonal foods.
At first, I thought to make a chart for these nutrients with 3 columns, but then I thought how about sharing it in FGW‘s style (because I haven’t seen many doing that kind of thing).
Let’s have a quick look at these and make sure you save and share them.

Those were nutrients that you should have in your diet. Include lots of green leafy veggies, seasonal veggies, citrus fruits, and dry/dried fruits in your diet.
Up next, we have 6 special foods, that you should try these winters (I am sure you’re already having them, just a reminder).

These may look simple, but trust me these are harder to make in comparison to writing blogs. And, FGW believes that why waste time reading lengthy blogs when all the information can be obtained in a fun manner. Let me know if these are unclear to you, and I’ll send you personally.
If you still think, that’s not enough, then I have 2 more blogs for you ⇉ Winter is coming!!, and Winter is here. You can read them for additional information.
And, that brings us to the end of this blog. Make sure you comment (I care about comments more than likes) if you have learned something of value. If not, then please guide me on how I can improve.
Also, tell me if you like winters and what’s the minimum temperature you experience in your city.
Until next time, stay warm and keep shining.
